감정이란 늘 뚜렷한 방향을 가지진 않는다.

가벼운 마음일수록 쉽게 떠오르고, 바람결 따라 어디론가 흐른다.

배는 그런 감정들을 담아 구름 바다 위를 흐른다.

흩어지지 않게 붙잡으려는 것이 아니라, 그 흐름을 따라 자연스럽게 나아가게 도와준다.

마음의 균형은 처음부터 정해진 상태가 아니다.

불안도, 평안도 조심스레 마주하고 어루만지며,

가벼운 감정을 천천히 이끌어가며 스스로 조율해가는 것이다.

 

Emotions don’t always carry direction.

The lighter they are, the more they rise—drifting wherever the breeze might take them.

The boat holds these feelings, floating gently over a sea of clouds.

It doesn’t aim to control or contain, but simply helps them move forward, just as they are.

To me, balance of mind isn’t something given or fixed in place.

It’s something I slowly shape for myself—by gently guiding light emotions forward.
